Reliability and accountability in any relationship is so underrated. These things are now way more important to me than competency and brilliance. So what if you’re making breakthroughs when the people around you are constantly on tenterhooks because of your inability to honour agreements. Even worse, when you keep proclaiming ‘trust and transparency’ to be at the cornerstone of everything you’re building. Reassessing the values I’m prioritising henceforth.
