I've come to the conclusion that if I create a wiki of ancestral medicine & wellness practices used by women across cultures (Chinese, Inca, Mayan, Indian, African, Aztec, etc), I'll find patterns that can help women today live healthier lives. Is anyone working on this already? Think about how your grandma’s remedy for period cramps might share the same roots as techniques used by women in India or China. For generations, women passed down this wisdom—long before the internet, it was purely ancestral knowledge. What if there are universal patterns in these practices that still benefit us today? I've already noticed some similarities in herbal medicine and heat therapy across cultures. There must be way more!

I think this would be very valuable insight! I'd recommend looking into Indigenous Australian cultures and practices if you can. The oldest continuous/surviving culture/peoples in the world so they must have been doing something right!!
