We want to do a downvote reaction. Is there any reaction_type smallint using it right now? I know there's a limit number of reaction_types you're rendering now, so looking for feedback on what number we should use for downvotes.

Sorry just seeing this! I think only 1 and 2 are used right now so you can use something else. Caveat: someone else can also end up using the same number so unless it’s formalized in the protocol, there’s chances of collisions
