Will this be handled similar to the onchain builder retro round where only Zora is eligible when projects use their factories or are Zora minting projects eligible on their own as well?

One way to do this still using onchain data would be to let the most minted creators vote on their favorite minting clients

My guess is this wouldn’t help minting clients since we mint with our users’ wallets?

If you select Creator, you then put in your minting Wallet and we focus on your mints and not the factory contracts.
