imagine if nouns itself produced its own proposals (ai powered for scale) filled with permissionless collabs nominated collaborators could accept onchain and complete the collaboration payment streamed over expected delivery timeline and dao can rug if it’s agreed the nominee is rugging instead of pumpfun for handouts, we become nouns bounties

I think retrofunding starts to make sense with AI Executive AI can calculate the Expected Value of an action (compute cost x probability of retro funding x retro funding amount) Worker AI can then do the most positive EV actions Retro funding AI can then make sure the retro funding happens quickly
