The reaction to the street murder of the United Healthcare CEO is hallmark late stage empire vibes Some people giddy the elite are now “eating it in the streets” - they feel no sympathy for the “CEO denying medical claims” to extract profit. Pre-revolution France vibes. Or maybe it’s just social media.

The CEO was responsible for how many deaths? Hundreds? Thousands? How many children did he make suffer? How many people would have survived if our healthcare system worked for health and not for maximum profit extraction? Something like 60-100,000 Americans die every year due to people like him. Just some rhetorical questions, food for thought :)

Former/future presidents getting shot and CEOs getting murdered is not "just social media"

Seems like mental illness to celebrate the murder of a person. Imo. Does no other method of protest have merit or is it too much work to do things humanely? Not justifying the CEO's actions, but he didn't work alone. Will his replacement make things much better?

I think maybe if there is a copycat or two we will see tighter private security for higher ups. Zaibatsu accelerationism.

A lot of assassinations occurred during the robber baron age, culminating with the assassination of President McKinley. America began shifting toward people over business from that moment to the 1940s. And now it’s back maximally toward business eager to swing back to people.
