While I’m def hopeful this doesn’t materialize, aside from stifling innovation/discouraging additional US builders… how does this “hobble” DeFi? Uniswap contracts and derivatives are already used across a bunch of chains Is the only point of this to penalize Uniswap financially?

Sincerely wish I could vote Democrat this coming election, always have, used to love Liz Warren, but no. We have career politicians desperate to strangle power and because of that, they will lose the White House and more.
