Small update for channel passes

As a host, if you revoke a channel pass for spam or for violating the norms, the channel pass price will now double for that specific user.

Example in next cast...

I'm not sure this will prevent Bob from continuing to spam after rejoining for double the pass price.
100, 500, 2000, 4000 warps is still not "a lot".

Would be better that they just block Bob from rejoining.

Idea : create a badge for each channel's member, showing how many times they've (re)joined the channel

Use @automod to keep revoking and make money off Bob.
