It's all debatable. The reality is that most home buyers are well qualified and the inventory is mostly still moving. The reason this time is different from 2008 is because of a lack of leverage.

In the super follow pane on Buoy there are two toggles; one for posts, one for replies. Right now the action to super follow toggles both on. I want an action that only toggles on following posts and not replies.

It's like anything where you need to suffer to benefit, see exercise, budgeting, diet, etc. Everyone who does it and succeeds acts holier than thou because they endured the suffering and feel it's necessary. Do cold plunges have benefits? I am sure some. Do they have negative effects over time? Probably if done too often. Are they a fashion statement? Definitely.

Very cool take on improving and building on tipping culture. There might be avenues in the future to look into common network effects (logistic curves, power law distros) and how that can improve tip allocations too. I.E. Logistic curves can be used to focus tip allocations towards lifting up the "middle" similar to quadratic funding where you want to boost a certain person up to a point but once they get big enough they shouldn't need the tokens help anyone and need to sink or swim on their own because they should start benefiting from being further up the power law distribution curve.

You and me both slinging shitposts against the same wall, seeing what sticks. TBH I haven't posted much lately that has deserved it 😁. That said I will be interested to see who breaks into that power law distribution first or if it's already happened.
