Using the Thighs See the ball coming up. Pick up the ball by lifting the thigh, stretching/pulling (flattening) when the ball will hit the thigh. Try not to move against the incoming ball to produce perfect ball control with the thigh.

Kicking the Ball To kick the ball with the inside foot, place the fulcrum beside the ball, toes pointing straight ahead. Point the inside foot towards the ball, the toes and knee pointing outwards. Maintain this stance while swinging the leg.
