absolutely not! apart from not wanting to have others minting my work (which is already weird that i have to mention), here’s another scenario that might give you headaches: i cast an img/video that i created but CAN’T use it commercially/be compensated. this gets minted by anyone. you’ll get a letter. simple.

Or, I cast an image that I did not create, say to show off an NFT I recently bought. (This is most likely allowed under fair use, and most artists won't complain.) Now if somebody mints that image they start sending ETH to me, making me complicit in the copyright infringement?
