Farcaster Actions are here!

Developers can create action buttons which users can install. Action buttons appear under every cast in a user's feed. 

Warpcast, Nook and Butterfly all support cast actions.

noob question: any security recommendation? or would you be able to share how things are handled so the user doesn't install malicious Actions?

btw FID Action is under a test vercel URL (displayed when installing), which is not very friendly considering ⬆️

i trust the FID example is safe bc trust you (no shade intended here), but things like this (slug) dont inspire much confidence in general

yeah i understand - and agree they would be useful. 

tbh idk if there's a way for actions to be exploited or not, but when i dont have the info (applies to anything in this space), i come from the premise that it can, so any extra point is very useful indeed

Yeah, I agree. Domain associations (connect a Farcaster ID with a domain in a verifiable way) are consistently second or third on the priority stack, but I think they would be useful to establish trust and force apps to use real domains.
