Just doing a political temperature check on where people are at here on free speech questions. What’s the general attitude toward this attempt to deport a Columbia student protest leader without charging him with anything and despite the fact that he’s a lawful permanent resident?

foreigner here and not living in the US, but following what’s happening and that seems incredibly absurd and scary. Not only the situation itself, but bc of precedents and how much power the administration seems to have?
