in Brazil we’d call it Milanesa, regardless of using panko or normal breadcrumbs, red meat, chicken or pork (the latter is not very common though). i wont call it schnitzel bc my german friends would say neeiiinnnn. Italians would also def not call it Milanesa bc Italians 🤌 the fact is: it was delicious! crunchy and juicy af
