How is it both a $50K Uncapped Safe and 1% Equity? Is it Orange or the VC fund invests $50K via safe into the future shares of NewCo and NewCo allocates/gives 1% of its equity to the DAO for future use by the DAO? I may be here all day…thx

The DAO concept is fascinating to me. Can you point me to something talks more about how the Orange DAO is managed? Approval process for using cash? What matters are subject to DAO approval and where can people act autonomously, etc? Method and transparency around this approval process. Thx.

Am not saying one can’t work, but as I get older I think probability of success is higher with multiple. A friend that sold his company two years ago says there should always be three: tech lead, non-tech ops lead, sales lead.
