## For Curators - Look for genuine community impact - Value quality of engagement over follower counts - Consider local impact and need - Do not accept new applications if doing so will put the baseline minimum salary of recipients below $50 a month - Note: It is fine if the baseline salary falls below $50 as a result of new budgets or Nouns voting, but in that case, no new applications should be accepted - Consider removing underperforming participants if new applicants demonstrate greater alignment with Nounish values and community impact - Monitor for genuine embodiment of Nounish values and authentic engagement with the community - Ensure participants are following safety guidelines and legal requirements
