Payment Structure

- Each approved creator gets at least ~$20 USDC per month
- Extra rewards are given for exceptional content
- Payments are sent automatically every second as long as you meet requirements

How to Apply

- Write an application with:
- Your name, contact information, and social handle(s)
- Video of your physical Noggles to verify authenticity
- A sample selfie showing your style and quality
- A brief description of your ideas for creating interesting or unique Nounish selfies.
- The regions or locations where you’ll be taking selfies.
- Previous social media work (if any)
- Pay an application fee (this will be returned if you meet the application requirements)

Best Practices

1. **Consent First**: Always get clear permission from anyone appearing in your photos
2. **Respect Privacy**: Don't reveal sensitive locations or private information
3. **Be Authentic**: No photoshopping the Noggles onto yourself, they must be physically worn.
4. **Stay Safe**: Don't take risks just to get a photo
5. **Cultural Respect**: Be mindful and respectful of cultural sites and customs
6. **Quality Matters**: Good lighting, clear focus, creative compositions
7. **Positive Vibes**: Keep content fun and uplifting
8. **Community Focus**: Engage with other Noggles creators
9. **Location Awareness**: Be mindful of photography restrictions in certain places
10. **Promote Nounish Values**: Aim to embody the spirit of creativity, doing good, and fun associated with Nouns.

How to Post Updates
At least 4 times per month on Farcaster in the /nouns channel:

- The Nounish selfie(s) you’ve taken
- Location or context description (when appropriate)
- Any interesting stories or interactions related to the selfie.

How Your Work Gets Verified
Your work will be checked through:

- Regular review of your posts
- Community feedback
- Verification of physical Noggles use
- Consistency of posting
- Quality of engagement

How to Keep Your Funding
To stay in the program:

- Meet monthly posting requirements
- Maintain content quality
- Use only physical Noggles
- Engage with community
- Follow ethical guidelines

What Gets You Removed
You can lose your funding if you:

- Miss more than 3 weeks of posting without explanation
- Use digitally edited Noggles
- Post inappropriate or disrespectful content
- Don't get proper permissions from photo subjects
- Receive verified complaints about harassment or inappropriate behavior
- Break platform guidelines or local laws

When You Need Fresh Content

- Explore new locations
- Collaborate with other creators
- Attend community events
- Create themed series
- Document daily life with Noggles

Creative Ideas

- Travel shots
- Local landmarks
- Community gatherings
- Sports/activities
- Cultural events
- Daily life moments

Gaming Rules

- No digital Noggles on yourself (instant removal)
- Must be original content
- No recycling old photos
- No inappropriate content
- Regular authenticity checks

Remember: We're looking for creative people who can help spread Nouns culture through authentic, engaging photos. If you can consistently create quality content and respect community guidelines, this program offers steady funding to support your efforts.

For Curators

- Do not accept new applications if doing so will put the baseline minimum salary of recipients below $10 a month
- Note: It is fine if the baseline salary falls below $10 as a result of new budgets / Nouns voting, but in that case, no new applications should be accepted
- Consider removing underperforming creators if new applicants show significantly more promise and engagement
- Monitor for authenticity of physical Noggles use
- Check for consistent respect of photo subject consent and privacy

Ongoing Requirements

- Post at least 4 unique Noggles selfies per month
- Each photo must show you wearing physical Noggles (they cannot be photoshopped on you, but may be photoshopped on others in the photograph)
- Obtain permission from anyone else appearing in the photos.
- Post on Farcaster in the /nouns or /flows channel
