Working on adding new rules to the top-level TCR contract, would like some feedback on them So far ideas are: - A given project or team cannot be funded for more than 1 grant in the same flow - A builder cannot be funded for more than 2 grants in flows w/ min. salary > $50/mo. (basically just excludes selfies) - If you are currently being paid by Nouns (or a nounish subdao?), you cannot double dip and get supplemental funding from /flows to do the same exact work, it must be net new impact or a different focus enabled by the flows funding (I will have to remove our own Flows grant but think this is the right call) These rules will inform challenges/curators. If you have thoughts/more ideas lmk

These ideas and new rules seem good to me. I believe that projects receiving a Flows grant should have a defined focus or impact, and if they receive additional support, it should be to add value, not to do the same work. I would like to know or understand more about the $50 per month minimum or maximum. Some projects might require less, while others might need more. I’d like to know if there is a way to balance this.

As long as the builder can fulfill their grants, I think it should be okay to have multiple active grants

All the ideas so far are solid and with good reasons too Also a suggestion: Auto pause earnings for inactive projects then curators can request for removal

Hi ! This seems to me very accurate, each of the proposals you raise has a good basis, I think it is right that if a builder is funded by any subdao Nouns with a proposal supports flow, it is logical that consciously that team or builder pass to other builders. It would be good to automate the system to block the payment of inactive builders and thus facilitate the work of the curators.

1. I'm more inclined to think that a project can have different wallets into which the resource can flow. (Image). 2. I agree that the same builder cannot flood the same Flow. (a kind of sibyl attack, since with project limit the minimum to receive is $100 for each) 2.1. What is the convergence and divergence between the flows? If I am a Nouns artist and I would like to make an art mural, does this converge? Or if I make a Starter Kit, why not make a physical product? I believe that multiple flows can also generate a compound effect for projects. Given that the curatorship can accept/reject if they do not converge 3. In the noun ecosystem, there are several forms of incentive, such as $nogs, rounds, subdaos for different purposes, how do you evaluate this?
