if crypto is going to change the world, it's not going to be done in the background

the most important work we will do will have plenty of friction

but no one will care because it'll be worth it

Completely disagree here. Consumers will time and time again give everything up to the god of convenience. 

They care less about the revolution and more about a delightful experience that doesn't give them a headache.
