Send payments on Farcaster by tagging me (@paybot 1 usdc / @paybot request 100 degen)

1. if someone doesn't follow @paybot do they still get the notification when paybot posts the frame they requested?

2. if someone got paid with paybot and gets a confirmation message saying "@dwr.eth you just received 10 usdc" will they still get a notifcation for that if they don't follow paybot? 

(paybot has badge)

so just saw that paybot doesn't have a badge anymore atm, is there a way around this for bots as the badge status will change from week to week?

if badge then yes

if not, then in the Mentions tab
