possibly the worst crypto experience i've ever had was trying to get into EthDenver after having joined their dao months in advance. The Web2 adversarial product design needs to be scraped off of most of these UXs.

I recently had some foot issues pop up, and apparently that is a common thing; abnormalities in the foot go without impact for years, then all of the sudden they pop up and you're fucked. Suggest seeing an ortho/kinesio/podiatrist to take a look for specific conditions and get a rec. on how to prevent future probs. your feet are your most loyal servant

i think about this a lot. whats the most visible way to see what is going on wrt to fraud proofs? how often do they happen? how effective are they, what are the consequences, etc.... who is out there contesting optimistic rollups?

I'm honestly not sure. I think it would still bring valuable perspective from a range of developers that think differently in different languages. But it would also be playing on hardmode; everything is harder and more expensive, in exchange for less likely bugs. If Formal Methods can also give us that.... idk

Agreed. I'm not ready to leave, but after filtering out either hype or cope or constant asks for attention, there isn't much left tbh. Not leaving because i'm not sure how the platform could even fix the people.
