Super useful outline of how to use a roles (hats) based structure for onchain governance. I also like the move towards using the term "onchain organisations". That lets us then refine a useful taxonomy of emerging structures... rather than getting stuck debating the definition of a DAO

Totally, re: the definition of a DAO! I still think decentralization is worth striving for in some respects, but it needn’t always be the defining characteristic of an organization.
