What is the fastest way of getting the last 100k block number + block hash pairs for free?

Looking for this data on ethereum mainnet specifically to use in a script

One thing I don't see on that list is Goldsky, which lets you pull parquet -- I kept having issues with the sync finishing in the past, but maybe you'll have better luck:
