Caffeine messes with my brain and I should not consume it in any shape.

It’s a natural substance which you can buy OTC in a pill form. Some people, like me, find taking it with caffeine gives you all the benefits of caffeine without the negative side effects. Other people claim this is the placebo effect, but I don’t care because it still works from my perspective 😅

But my thing with caffeine is so messy. When I consume it my mind gets fkd. It's like everything happens fast, but I don't understand them and over time a bad headache happens until the caffeine effect decreases.
