I don't want to pick on anybody in particular because they're not *wrong in principle* just *wrong in time* so I'll blur out names but there's 2 categories:

(1) people who are confused and say they're going to leave due to the changes

(2) people who haven't put in the work to build relationships when it was easy, now realizing it's going to be hard with the new rules
