Yeah I think the issue I'm seeing here is just that I'm looking at events but there won't be an event unless the users have performed the transaction. That's why my numbers are off. If I calculate it in principle -- 991M airdropped vesting over 180 days is 5.5M vesting/day, 13 days ~= 71.5M Moxie -- which is Jason's figure.

Airdrops vest over 180 days, the airdrop unlocked indicates the vested part. As users have to claim it or can use it inside the protocol - unlocked is a closer term.
