Like so many others jumping straight down this rabbit hole, our typical mainstream views of nutrition vanished and we knew we would never be the same. We quickly found what we now consider some of the OG's of this world (Robb Wolf, Chris Masterjon, Mark Sisson) just to name a few and leaned right in to learn as much as we could. During this time we also grew as a family with our very special girl who made us proud autism parents. For her and for us, we knew our pantry and fridge would be forever changed.
