Philosophy of leisure and labor for sure. It’s an attempt at constantly trying to figure out why we’re here - even if it means not knowing the answer. The rigor is nice.

I think it’s really line of questioning that can help you uncover the things you need to ask at first.

I appreciate the rigor also, though I'm often dismayed by the way philosophy of leisure is trivialized, both inside and outside of academia. I completed a baccalaureate degree in philosophy (a long time ago) but there were few options for studying philosophy of work/leisure, so I had to "roll my own" outside of class.

Also, one of the things I love about philosophy is that in many ways, "not knowing the answer" is actually respectable!
