still working on one of our databases; apologies y'all, this has likely been the longest running incidents for Neynar 

fortunately only parts of our services were impacted - Hubs and non notification APIs have been operational throughout

the database behind the sql playground came back online about an hour ago, which finally brings back the final missing piece 

shoutout to @manan for firefighting today

(yes at one point I actually made things worse while trying to fix them, I blame 3 hours of sleep 🤦🏽‍♂️)
