What would be a sufficiently moderate version of the concept that you *would* be willing to live in it?

eating junk food infrequently should be similar to speeding instead of an act of violence

speeding puts other lives at risk in addition to your own. 

speeding is actually worse than eating junk food, fewer negative externalities. 

However if healthcare is socialized then the costs of the poor eating habits are still shared by society.
