how do i get my own wallet back? 

looks like the front-end is confused

the wallet displayed here is my zora wallet, but the eth balance shown is what's in my actual/external wallet 

and i'm not able to transact on the site atm

If you're on web you'll have to use your external wallet. I see this is a web interface.

Mobile uses sparks and embed zora wallet by default.

i've always used my external wallet on the web until today. something changed and now i'm not able to access it.

The balance shown in this screenshot is zora web wallet balance? Or external?

balance is external wallet. address shown is embedded wallet.

Maybe then I'm assuming they are forcing to fund the zora wallet to transact. As it says deposit from external wallet to embedded wallet. Try just in case that helps. It would I believe.
