why did snap just shut down zenly could they really not find a buyer for an app with 40M MAUs?

The prevailing hypothesis appears to be that given Zenly is an acquisition with a team outside the US, Snap leadership didn’t fully appreciate their value and instead just saw it as geo-team cost reduction
