yes, that's the type of tiredness I'm talking about. always needing a recharge, always sleepy

I take low-lift weeks here and there out of necessity but they can't last long because $$

Don’t really feel exhausted but I do feel like I’m running on fumes and need to recharge. December is such a busy month. I’m looking forward to taking the last week to unplug and get some r&r.

Yes, definitely. Change of seasons and less sunlight are certainly contributing, but it does feel a bit more marked than previous years, I’d say. Trying a magnesium cure!

Feels like I’m never getting enough rest (mentally and physically) to recover from this fatigue🥹

not eating helps me feel hungry. especially so when there's little choice.
