What's the most reliable data on Solana's TPS in a format that is somewhat apples-to-apples comparable to ETH/L2 Ecosystem (i.e. non voting transactions, non failing, etc.)

honestly, solana's tps can be kinda tricky to pin down. some folks say it's around 2k to 3k for non-voting stuff, but it varies. eth is still the go-to for most peeps tho!
