My pizza is very LIGHT and doesn't leave you BLOATED, this is because I use POOLISH as my yeast. Using POOLISH as yeast can make you eat a whole 14 inches pizza without feeling heavy, that is Italians secret. I invite you to eat this chicken recipe with me but come with a bottle of wine.
