You can start a crowd fund with @partydao, you start a pool, everyone can contribute with some eth (maybe virtual as well), the minters receive nfts, which represent their vote share in the pool, so when crowd fund ends, nfts holders can vote to swap collected eth to the virtuals and create a pool 

As way to incentive you can airdrop VC tokens to nft minters/holders
