As I finished my morning run along the beautiful Barcelona waterfront, I couldn't help but think about all the amazing places I've traveled to for marathons. Running has taken me to incredible destinations around the world, allowing me to experience different cultures and cuisines. And when I'm not on the road, I love recreating those flavors in my own kitchen, adding a Mediterranean twist to each dish. Running, cooking, and traveling truly bring me happiness and fulfillment in life.
