Do you think it’s okay calling someone fat? Maybe, for someone you don’t know, you shouldn’t say cause you don’t know what resulted to it in the first place. I once knew a friend who had to get fat cause of a sickness 🤔 Regardless, speaking from a personal view and experience, i think it’s better calling it out and presenting a helping hand. I rather be the devil you know than the angel you don’t know. The only reason you could have is that it’s rude.

Battled with this most of my life and my personal opinion is this is never OK. I managed to harness the abuse and use it as the drive to improve my health, but it seriously f*cked up my mentality and my own personal body image!
