Came back from the beach famished and close to hangry. So I toasted a bagel and added cream cheese and gravlax to it while I cooked a fresh vegetable plate of squash & zucchini, sautéed sweet potato and corn on the cob. It sounds like a horrible mashup but was actually quite tasty.

The veggies were from the farm stand down the street and the gravlax was from the local seafood store which is a mile from the local wharf. The freshness could not be beat.

A bagel and veggies sounds like an amazing dinner! :)
