Five years from now, what will be seen as a more impactful launch this year: GPT 4 or Apple headset?

My initial gut reaction says AI is about to permeate all digital products so we will likely have less long term brand durability for knowing which AI is responsible for what. But if Apple’s headset = iPhone not = pencil, a device we use to physically experience things in a new way will have more brand durability.
