The Polygon blockchain-network seems to limit the number of validator nodes to 100. (The whitepaper mentions 100 to 150. But various other places I have seen it claim that it is 100.) What was the motivation for this choice? Why does that limit exist?

This is part of the orb.club sign-up process. (Orb is a client for Lens.) I don't have any MATIC at the moment, so my sign-up failed. It also doesn't provide me with a way of acquiring MATIC, so I can continue the sign-up. I think that is one thing Warpcast does well — it let's you acquire the OP ETH you need via your credit card during the sign-up.

I think I have noticed a trend where teams will just release a GraphQL API for the public to use — and that is it. Or worse, just release a TypeScript library — and that is it. To me, neither are sufficient — in terms of a developer SDK or developer documentation. I wish these teams would include the actual details of how their API or SDK actually works. I would prefer that they assume that many will NOT use GraphQL or TypeScript — and provide what is necessary for their usage, too.
