Update on Jungle 🐶

I’m still waiting for news. Five hours ago, they asked us to bring some leek because, after a second X-ray, the pieces of slate still hadn’t moved. 

The leek fibers can wrap around the foreign object and help prevent damage to the intestinal walls and the colon, since it still has to pass through the entire digestive tract. 

They told us we would get an update, but it’s already been two hours since we were supposed to hear back. 

It’s still pretty stressful 😥 

This is the last photo I was able to take of Jungle before we rushed to the emergency vet. They placed a catheter in her paw to keep her hydrated and to prevent her body from suffering. I’m hoping to get some more reassuring news during the night or tomorrow.

I like it when it makes me feel something.

O no. Those are horrible. I’m quite familiar and things touching my pets rank very high on my stress o meter. Hoping it’ll all work out.
