i’ve read the feedback and want to make sure that at least one workout a week is more inclusive so today’s warpcast workout has NO jumping or lunges but it still gets the heart rate up! 💥 low impact scorcher 💥 1. scissors with chest press 2 x 10 2. dumbbell marches 2 x 10 3. dumbbell swings 2 x 10 4. side plank with lifts 2 x 5 each side 5. donkey kicks 2 x 5 each side 6. forward,side, back (with bands) 2 x 5 each side if you don’t have dumbbells do it without them or replace with a waterbottle! I’m hoping more of you will be able to take part today! 🙏🏾 as always let me know how you find it and if you have any questions/feedback!

Things I would do to reach a broader audience: Pack this into "Seasons" or sessions. Possibly add narration and guide us through it. With a British accent that might be a real bonus. Make them available to mint in those seasons (so more than one vid), but at a low price (so even supporters like me can mint without the intention of doing the exercises ;-) (one day I'll get to it, I swear) Basically you can repackage videos into different training programs and reuse older ones, while not limiting yourself to do new ones for new programs. Ideas for Seasons: Fitness for beginners - Day 1-20 Explosiveness Or just do what you do, I'll support either way! Stamina
