I’ve learned that my mind has different “BIOS” modes, and I’m just discovering what they are and potentially how to use them - walking is the perfect amt of stimulation for absorbing pods/books - I don’t fidget like the textbook definition, but my version of attentive fidgeting is something like doing calligraphy drills while listening to a YouTube video - a certain type of house music at a certain beat, tonal range etc can totally get me in the zone Share yours if you know yours!

Same with music (electronic). Caffeine works wonders. Routines are harder but worth it. There are only two time zones. Now and not now.

"Now and not now" - Checks out w the "typical out of sight, out of mind" mode :D Coffee was ok for a while but what has really supercharged me lately: Oat Macha Latte. Matcha has that sweet sweet L-theanine that coffee can't compete with: "L-Theanine is one of the very few nootropics known to modulate brain waves. It affects alpha brain waves which are associated with relaxation. Providing an alert calmness, L-Theanine helps in promoting super-learning, flow states and joy." https://nootropicsexpert.com/l-theanine/
