Q1. What’s Basedigger's elevator pitch?

“Base Digger is an onchain, point-and-click digging game where players dig through various stages to level up their characters and earn rewards along the way. The game is powered by $GM, an in-game token. Player rewards are directly tied to the token’s volume and are distributed based on the number of points each player earns.”

Q2. Can you share some favorite screenshots from your app?

Futurist telling stories about crypto and AI at Delphi Labs. Proposed the BRC-20, Bascii and Asteroid standards.

Q3. Are you working on any enhancements or new features?

“Yes, we are currently working on Base Digger V2, which will improve several game mechanics and upgrade the reward system. The new system will not only be based on volume but will also account for days when volume isn’t high enough to provide substantial rewards. This update will also make it possible for new players to compete for rewards, instead of only benefiting older players.”

Q4. What’s the hardest part about building a new app or protocol?

“For me, the hardest part is getting noticed in a space where the meta changes at the speed of light. But we’re steadily building a loyal player base, which we aim to leverage to reach a broader audience.”

Q5. What’s been the biggest surprise on your journey so far?

“The people I’ve met thanks to this game. Some community members have been incredibly involved in helping us build a better game and create a more welcoming experience.”

Q6. What attracted you to building on Base?

“The low transaction costs and great builder tools make Base an ideal place to build. We’re convinced it’s the best way to tap into a larger audience. Plus, the vibes—straight up. It’s a builder-first ecosystem with fast, affordable onchain actions, meme energy, shared culture, and a community that genuinely wants weird stuff to succeed.”

Q7. Where do you see your app in 5 years if it succeeds and fulfills your wildest vision?

“We really want to expand on the Digger lore. When creating the concept, we put a lot of thought into adaptability and ways to grow the Base Digger universe into a much larger game. In our wildest dreams, it becomes exactly that—a household name in onchain gaming and something players genuinely enjoy playing.”

Q8. What advice would you give to a fresh, first-time founder?

“Build it, ship it, and listen. The community will surprise you—with what they love and the ideas they bring. Let them help shape the game.”
