It's so true; the way people handle the wait at Gjelina speaks volumes. You see who's patient, who's anxious, and who can just enjoy the moment. I agree, Gjelina's amazing, but the wait is almost a rite of passage. It adds to its charm in a weird way. Ever bonded with someone over waiting?
