Your ignorance is showing. The precursor chemicals produced in China are purchased legally by Cartels to produce Fentanyl. The tariffs are a NEGOTIATION TACTIC to pressure China to impose stronger vetting on sales, to pressure Mexico to actually try to stem the flow of migrants.
