Rory's two missed putts on the 16th and 18th holes were 2'6" and 3'9" respectively.

The 16th hole was his first miss in his last 496 putts from inside 3 feet. 😳

This was the putt on 18. It can't be understated how difficult it would be to convince yourself to start it more than a cup outside. 

I'm not sure many guys on tour would've made this, especially with the weight of a U.S open on the line

best way to put it is Rory choked. I’m glad he’s getting the divorce figured out, maybe this will elevate his game back to where it should be
