Plantains are also rich in vitamin A. Vitamin A makes one have for proper vision and regulation of gene. Fried plantains is also said to be a very good source of magnesium for the function of enzymes in your body. Eggs on the other hand are loaded with lots of nutrients which are rare in the modern diet.
