Some governments cannot be reformed and people must make a revolution, a very clear example is the Islamic Republic that kills girls because of the hijab.  Another example is North Korea

I disagree with your opinion, the United States is the most democratic country in the world, maybe not 100%, even most European countries do not have democracy.  Imagine a revolution in America, there will definitely be a worse government and dictatorial countries like Russia and China will become the world's first power.
